ShareVault Subscription Plans

Project-based subscription plan — For transaction-based projects with a specific duration, such as M&A transactions, the project-based subscription plan is the most cost effective. Pricing is based on the projected duration of your project and the number of pages. Number of users and/or total storage (Megabytes) may also be a factor. You benefit from the simplicity of a single payment and the associated discount from an up-front commitment. At any time, you can add additional capacity or extend the duration of your subscription.
Month-to-month plan — For continuous on-going projects where the usage can vary over time. Pricing is based on actual usage, charged on a monthly per-user per-ShareVault basis, plus a per-page or per-MB fee billed at the end of each month.

Document Scanning — Let us coordinate the logistics of scanning your paper documents to PDF so you can focus on your deal.
Optical Character Recognition (OCR) — We can also arrange to convert your scanned TIFF or Image-only PDF documents to searchable PDFs.
